His experience has been fairly broad. He has worked on special education software (which is still being sold today); helped small businesses with their PC problems or even written customized software for them so they can run their business better. He has designed and developed websites and software applications as well as troubleshoot PC problems remotely.

     The company’s name came from a very obvious spot… his last name! eSet is Tese spelled backwards. Some may suggest that he was trying to hide his name. On the contrary, he has found that many people mispronounce his name and thus not spell it correctly when trying to find him on the Internet. eSet was easy to pronounce, easy to spell, and seemed a bit creative at the time so he could keep his name associated with the company. Solutions was added because that is how his clients perceived his work with them… he solved their problems. The word “solutions”, also, captured the breath of services he can offer a client.

     PC ownership has increased for small-business and home PC users dramatically since the boom of the Internet. With that increase in ownership comes an increased need for quality support. Support you can trust to do a good job and that won’t break your bank. Many of eSet Solutions clients have told Michael that they wouldn’t know who to go to and trust with their PC, network or business software if he wasn’t around.
